Doctor Eméfa Valérie HOUANGNI HOUSSOKPO is a Doctor in Private Law. She defended her doctoral thesis at the University of Abomey-Calavi in 2020, in Intellectual Property Law on the theme : « Joint ownership of intellectual property rights in OAPI member states”. Today, Director of Studies at ERSUMA, she carries out several works on the seizure of business assets, the pledge of immaterial rights, Intellectual property rights and the links or consistencies between OHADA law and other community rights.
