Proclamation of the results of the sixth edition of the OHADA Best Written Prize – Edition MODI KOKO

The year two thousand and twenty-three and precisely the 20 November 2023, the sixth edition of the OHADA best writing prize was launched (SME-OHADA – MODI KOKO edition) on the initiative of the International Society of Law.

The competition aims to encourage researchers to participate in the thinking and systematization of OHADA business law.. Moreover, it aims on the one hand, to encourage research on a law that is constantly being tested by new issues and on the other hand, to highlight quality work.

The edition aimed to pay homage to the Professor Henry Désiré MODI GRANDFATHER BEBEY, Honorary President of the Scientific Committee, for his contribution to the roots of the competition over the first five editions.

It is specified that anonymity was only withdrawn by the organizing committee after the jury deliberation meeting..
