"The voice of a single state today is inaudible", supported CEREXHE in setting up and strengthening African economic communities . At a time when Europe is shaken by Brexit and struggling to codify its business law, African states are increasingly united. After ECOWAS, WAEMU, the CEMAC etc., it is time for Africa to challenge the whole world by setting up the largest zone of economic integration in the world. This zone, referred to as the African Continental Free Trade Area, and abbreviated ZLECAF, aims to be long-lasting and powerful in terms of legal integration. Or, until now, the legal integration of OHADA is unequaled not only in Africa, but all over the world, the only organization that has succeeded in codifying applicable business law in 17 States and in a wide variety of fields. In this sense, there would probably be an interest in creating an articulation around these two legal systems that are that of OHADA and that of ZLECAF.
