Résumé

Any so-called public commercial enterprise in that the capital is majority or totally owned by a public entity, whether or not it has adopted one of the forms of company recognized by the Uniform Act relating to the Law of Commercial Companies and Economic Interest Groups –AUDSC-GIE-, does not benefit from immunity from execution notwithstanding the participation of the public person. Also, is she in the first case, a de facto company, and in all cases, a legal entity under private law.
