Résumé

The opportunity presents itself to me as I lead the Organization to fill a gap in the entire Green Code, in the sense that we have ten Uniform Acts which affect very important aspects of business law, but which unfortunately do not systematically confront this thorny issue which concerns the world and more particularly Africa where abuses are sometimes observed”. It is through these introductory remarks that Professor Darankoum (E. S.) , during a webinar organized by the French Council of Investors in Africa (CIAN), pointed out the shortcomings of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA club) linked to the absence of Corporate Social Responsibility (RSE) in its Green Code .
