Announcement of the results of the first edition of the Prize for best legal writing – intellectual property component

L’an deux mille vingt-quatre et précisément le 14 April saw the launch of the first edition of the prize for best legal writing – intellectual property component at the initiative of the International Society of Law.

The competition aims to encourage researchers to participate in thinking, to the systematization and popularization of intellectual property law. Moreover, it aims on the one hand, to encourage research on a law that is constantly being tested by new issues and on the other hand, to highlight quality work.

Writer of the article "Artificial intelligence and creator status" whose anonymity number was Scripta PI30.

The winner is of Beninese nationality and holder of a master's degree 2 Research in law and judicial institutions at the University of Abomey-Calavi.

The jury and the organizing committee thank the partners for their involvement and support in the success of the first edition of this elitist competition.

The Committee announces that it will contact the above-mentioned winners in the coming days for the purpose of publishing their scientific works in partner journals and magazines..
